Local Church Executive Committee The Local Church Executive Committee (LCEC) is an elected body of governing leaders of the church. Their role and charge is to lead the church's many ministry efforts and to ensure the smooth running of church operations. The LCEC comprises the appointed Pastor and the non-clergy members of the church who are elected by other church members annually during the Local Church Conference. |
