Membership & Baptism Class: every Sat, 2pm, TSR. All those seeking baptism, confirmation & reception into church membership at Easter are to attend. There will be 8 sessions. Please call office or Pastor Woo for registration. Experiencing God Combined DVD Sessions resuming on the following dates: 24/25 Mar. Final session to be determined. Saturday sessions are at 8pm while Sunday sessions start at 2pm. Venue: Bethel. World Day of Prayer 2012: 16 March (Fri), 8pm, Church Sanctuary. This is a global ecumenical movement of the Council of Churches to observe a yearly common day of prayer. It is a combined churches event. This year’s focus is on Malaysia. All are encouraged to participate & pray for Malaysia. Bridging the Generation Gap; To Hear & Be Heard: 17 March (Sat), 3pm-6pm at Bethel. Individual & combined workshops conducted by Rita Malayapillay for both youth & their parents to improve communication & relations with one another. Parents, bring your youth! Youth, bring your parents! The following LPL courses have been scheduled for 2012: i) Methodism by Rev Dr Andrew Tan (23-24 March) at Penang Wesley ii) Discipleship & Spirituality by Rev Dr Ong Hwai Teik (15-16 June) at Penang Trinity iii) Inductive Bible Study by Dr Herbert Tan (5-7 October) at Penang Wesley. CASIH praying-together session (PTS) on 24 March (Sat) at 10.30am in Bethel. All are welcome to join us for a time of sharing and praying together. MSF Spiritual Life Ministry meeting on 28 March (every last Wednesday) at 10am in CR 2 for Bible study, sharing & prayer. All are welcome. Alpha2012@Trinity : The Alpha Course will be held in July-Sept 2012, every Sunday from 3pm - 4.30pm. Sermons are available in CDs. You may order them after the service. |
